This educational project is based on the book
Paralympics: Where Heroes Come. The site is built and maintained by
Cynthia Peterson, teacher/librarian
and Telus Learning Connection
Teacher Leader with Edmonton
Public Schools, who co-authored
the book with Dr. Robert Steadward, president of the International Paralympic Committee. The student activities and evaluations
were created by Kathryn
Cook, Edmonton Public Schools language arts and social studies teacher.
